If one thing I've noticed with the Kinect, it's that it scares the cr@p out of Sony fanboys. Why else would they be on every Kinect article trying to trash it??? If you don't like it....just don't buy it and let it be. you're constant attention to it only brings it more attention. Like the saying goes, any publicity is good publicity.

Son, I must ask you why you're arguing with yourself? No one on this thread has said that Kinect will be superior. Any gamer knows sales does not equal quality. The Wii is a clear example of this.
But what Kinect is, is something new and exciting. (And don't give me that baloney about the PSEye because I'm one of the very few that owns it, and it is NOT the same) And Yes, Move will be A LOT better for hardcore gamers....but the concept of the MOVE is something...
Correction....the Move has never topped the Amazon chart. If you're gonna argue, at least try to argue with some facts.

On a side note, has anyone noticed how so many hates are bashing on Kinect, yet it just keeps on climbing the sales charts. And what's that saying, "Any publicity is good publicity." Just look at the N4G wall. Every other article is about Kinect. Poor Sony MOVE only gets mentioned when it's compared to Kinect.
So while the haters keep hating, MS seems like it will be raking in the cash with this one.
I'm buying Kinect with or without the Hardcore aspect of it. My girlfriend keeps asking me when this thing is coming out. She's more excited about it then me! LOL

It's more about the employeee being a Fail then Kinect being a Fail. the guy in the NY store actually knew what he was doing and it worked ALMOST as advertised. Still got some kinks in it tho.
wondering why they chose to make this for the Iphone compared to the Android marketplace. Everyone knows only women and g@y men own Iphones. Not really a a huge gamers market there.

Stop being such a Sony fanboy! MOVE is an awesome product with the best precision. By far the best choice for real gamers. I def will be buying it!
But to even try to say it's not a copy of the Wii remote is ludicrous! A wand, a nunchuk and same exact concept. There's nothing wrong with improving upon already successful products. It is what it is.
Looks like they were having A LOT of fun...even tho there was some noticable Lag. At least it's a step in the right direction....one day it will be 1 to 1. Look how Sony copied the Wii and perfected it.

I should the Kinect thing to my friends during the Halftime of the Basketball game yesterday and they went nuts about it! When I showed them the Move all they said was that they can do that with the Wii.
And the pricepoint is another killer. $80 all together for a complete control for just one person? OUCH!!!
Nintendo easily won. Sony a distant 2nd and MS right behind them at 3rd.
I must also agree that Nintendo stole the show. Both Sony and MS underwhelmed this year. Sony probably 2nd and MS a close 3rd. There presentations were pretty much mirror images of each other...Kinect vs Move, Already Announced Awesome MS Games vs Already Announces Awesome PS Games, a bunch of 3rd party games vs a bunch of 3rd party games, ESPN vs PSN Network. The only thing that would give Sony the edge would be they atleast announces/showed a new game...Twisted Metal.
Just for the fact that articles like this have to be written, is bad news for the MOVE. The mass market won't read these articles...see the wand and automatically think of the Wii. Even though me and you know the truth......they won't!
